Return Policy

We at “Silkhood” strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. While there is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs, however, if at all you are not satisfied with your purchase; complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same.

Cancellation Policy

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we print the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Please get in touch with our customer support team to cancel your order. The refund will be initiated only and only in the form of voucher that will be emailed to you after cancellation of your order.

You can cancel your orders within 1 hour of booking the same order. You are requested to immediately email at [email protected]. Or call at (+91) -9616956354 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

Your orders can also be cancelled if “Silkhood” team finds your payments have not been received.

After placing of order no changes shall be allowed in the order.

There shall not be any change in the product once you placed the order.

You cannot make any changes to the design after placing the order.

If your product remains undelivered, you can register your complain with our Customer Support Team within 30 days from the Date of Shipment. However, if you fail to register a complaint within 30 days for the non-delivery of your order then “Silkhood” will not be responsible for it and will not make any refund credits to your account.

Silkhood shall have all the rights to cancel the order without any reason. Orders may be cancelled on the following amongst other reasons:

  1. Non-availability of the product
  2. Incomplete and wrong details provided (us or customer)
  3. Fraud identified by the Credit and Fraud Avoidance department of “Silkhood”
  4. Non-Serviceable Location.

If the product ordered and received by you is not one and the same, then you must bring it to the notice of our customer service unit within 2 hours of receiving the product. If the “Silkhood” satisfied then the team will take the appropriate action and steps.

No cancellations shall be allowed for the orders placed on special occasions including Pongal, Diwali, Chritmas, and Valentine’s Day etc. as these are limited period offers.

In no case the return charges shall be beard by the “Silkhood”.

“Silkhood” will process your refund in the form of vouchers which can be used next time when you make any purchase on our website. The voucher will be emailed to you immediately once your order has been cancelled. The refund voucher will be valid for 3 months.

NO REPLACEMENT OR CANCELLATION SHALL BE MADE UNTIL AND UNLESS THE “SILKHOOD” TEAM IS SATISFIED.
